Grand Challenges and the role of Creativity

Our society is facing several grand challenges (e.g., climate change, poverty, access to clean water, affordable energy). Senior executives and middle managers will have to deal with several complex problems in the near future. Using their creativity could enable them to address such complex problems. Unfortunately, recent reports and studies by consultants demonstrate that creativity scores have declined over the past two decades.
