Leading Growth and Strategic Change is a bespoke, AMA-Certified two-day intensive programme, designed by the School of Leadership Practice of CEO Clubs Greece and the American Management Association Europe, facilitated by Henry Dumortier, an AMA Europe senior executive with three decades of international leadership experience.

Across two days, participants will:

• Learn to read a volatile market clearly, separating what is chaotic from what is merely complicated
• Map where growth actually lives in your business and draft a disruptive growth hypothesis of your own
• Build the presence to lead through resistance and hold courageous conversations
• Convert direction into disciplined, accountable action and confront the succession question that determines whether your growth outlasts you

Participants will leave with a consolidated 90-day Leadership Action Plan, built during these two days, and an AMA certificate.
