Course 2: Leading Strategic Change with Agility and Impact (October 8-9, 2026)
Strategic change is the CEO's constant challenge, and this course addresses it head-on. Building on Course 1's growth focus, you'll master the execution discipline required to turn strategy into traction while navigating resistance, building organizational courage, and sustaining momentum. From succession planning to aligning culture with strategy, this course provides the frameworks and peer coaching to lead change with confidence. You'll leave with a 90-day Leadership Change Plan that translates complexity into action and your AMA certification.
In between courses, participants also have the option to conduct an organizational assessment to identify alignment gaps between CEO goals and team focus—providing critical insights to inform your Leadership Change Plan in Course 2.
