The complexity of the current challenges, mainly due to the massive technological advancements, the introduction of AI in our daily lives and the constant struggle against time, urge individuals, organizations, and society as a whole towards a transformational process that goes beyond the accumulation of mere incremental changes which are rather familiar and easier to handle.
This intricate transformational process was analyzed in the 2025 Spring Forum of CEO Clubs Greece that took place on the 20th of May in Asteria Domus under the title “Transformational Journeys: the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly”. As always, the Forum, attended by more than 300 CEOs, entrepreneurs and management team members, combined theory with practice, aspiring to challenge and inspire the participants to embark on an individual and collective transformational journey, daring to leave behind once and for all ideas and processes that are now outdated and create something entirely new.
