Creativity is increasingly regarded as the most significant skill leaders and organizations need to face the complex challenges of the modern world, survive, stay competitive, and, ultimately, excel. Within this context, we invited Dr Ioannis Thanos, Associate Professor of Management at the Athens University of Economics and Business, to be our igniter in our Circle event on March 28, 2024, at our ClubHouse. With his distinct narrative style,energy and enthusiasm, a series of relevant but also fun exercises, and a vibrant interaction with the participants, Dr Thanos helped us delve deeper into the essence of creativity, reminding us of familiar guidelines and challenging us towards adding more opportunities and processes into our daily lives to hone our creative skills.
