Influence and Negotiation are two fundamental components in the process of finalizing favorable agreements in business and in non-business contexts, so naturally, proficiency in these two areas is vital among people in leadership positions. On top of that, as highlighted in the 2022 survey on Revisiting the Leadership Agenda, conducted by Your Directors Club in collaboration with CEO Clubs Greece, CEOs perceive negotiating and influencing as the most essential and critical skills people in their organizations should possess.
