What defines a truly exceptional leader is rarely visible from the outside: it is found in the difficult choices, the unexpected turning points, and the values and beliefs that guide decisions when the path is anything but clear. These are the stories worth telling and worth listening to.

Few leaders embody this premise more compellingly than Kyriacos Sabatakakis, Country Managing Director of Accenture. It was with this in mind that we were honored to welcome him as our guest for the first Reflections | Over a Glass of Wine event of 2026, held on April 28th at our ClubHouse. As always, the evening opened with a carefully curated wine tasting by our long-term partners Alpha Estate, Cava OAK, and Riedel, before Georgia Kartsanis invited the evening's speaker onto the stage for a conversation she has shaped around a simple belief: that the most valuable thing a senior leader can offer peers is not a polished narrative, but honest retrospection.
